COGNT LLC SMS Communications includes one-to-one business text messages sent by COGNT LLC, including messages sent by Ari, COGNT's AI-assisted communications agent, regarding requested information, scheduling, follow-up, and other business communications you have agreed to receive.

By providing your mobile number to COGNT LLC and expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages under this program.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at contact@cognt.ai.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or engagement with COGNT.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship; No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website, in any SMS communication, or in any interaction with COGNT's AI-assisted communications agent creates an attorney-client relationship or constitutes legal advice. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive legal information via text message or website form unless a formal engagement agreement or NDA is in place. Unsolicited information sent to COGNT does not create a duty of confidentiality.
